Job Title: Shipping Clerk/Quality Control
Detailed Job Description:

  • Package product/material and prepare customer shipping documents using appropriate container and attaching a label, and paperwork for on-time shipping
  • Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times 
  • Conduct final inspection of the product prior to shipping and log information
  • Package finished goods in individual packaging
  • Conduct audits of products and processes
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned
  • Ensures compliance with applicable shipping regulations

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, 2-year degree a plus
    • Computer skills, Microsoft Office
    • Communication skills and attention to detail

    Preferred Skills Requirements:

    • Prior shipping experience
    • Prior quality control/inspection experience
    • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
    • Experience with UPS/FEDEX (Starship) online software
    • The ability and preference to contribute and work in a team-oriented environment
